Cancellation Policy

Skidiving Photo, Fun Skindiving, Training, License Course

• Cancellation from 1weeks to 3 days before・・・Payment of 50% of the basic tour fee
• Cancellation from 2 days before・・Payment of 80% of the basic tour fee
• Cancellation on the day & on the day before・・・Payment of 100% of the basic tour fee for any reason

Whale Swim

• Cancellation from 1 month to 2weeks before・・・Payment of 50% of the basic tour fee
• Cancellations from 2 weeks prior to the reservation date・・・Payment of 100% of the basic tour fee

Notes

Please note that late changes to reservations will be treated as cancellations. If you need to change your reservation, please do so no later than the date on which the cancellation charge will be incurred
